1. Request Your Quote
Submit your quote request through our instant pricing calculator. We'll provide a detailed quote within 24 hours, answering any questions and confirming availability, and we'll send a booking proposal to lock in the date once approved.
2. Session Planning & Coordination
We'll coordinate all logistics with you — session location, scheduling method (on-site walk-up or pre-session signup link), setup requirements, and timing. Minimal effort required from you.
3. Session Day
We photograph your team on-site at your office or in our studio. Each session takes approximately 5 minutes. We guide posing and expression to ensure consistent, professional results across your entire team. For on-site sessions, we arrive 30–45 minutes early for setup.
4. Proof Gallery Delivery
Within 24 hours, each team member receives a private online gallery with 15–30 images to review and select their favorite for retouching. Your coordinator receives a central gallery for easy management.
5. Retouching & Final Delivery
Our skilled retouchers enhance all selected images with consistent skin, hair, and clothing refinement. Finished headshots are delivered within 3–5 business days—we provide both high-resolution and web resolution final images ready for your website, directory, social media, and print.

In addition, a centralized gallery is provided for managers or coordinators to review selections, track progress, and manage team headshots in one place. This keeps the process organized and avoids inbox overload for HR or marketing teams.

It's rare, but we understand some people have insecurities or might be having a bad hair day or dealing with a wardrobe issue that causes anxiety. That's exactly why we've designed our process to be supportive and collaborative. We guide each person through posing and expression, shoot multiple angles and variations, and review images together in real-time during the session. If something isn't working—whether it's an angle, expression, or concern about hair or clothing—we make adjustments and shoot more images right then and there.
After the session, each person reviews all their images in their private gallery and selects their favorite. And while we address as much as possible during the shoot, our retouchers can refine skin, hair, and clothing details to ensure everyone feels confident with their final image.

Our skilled retouchers enhance every image with professional skin refinement, under-eye softening, minor blemish removal, hair flyaway cleanup, and clothing wrinkle reduction. We deliver natural, polished results—not heavy editing. The goal is to present each team member at their best while keeping them looking like themselves.

We understand things come up. You can reschedule at no charge with at least 5 days' notice. Reschedules with less than 5 days' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. We may also need to reschedule occasionally due to illness, weather, or equipment issues—if that happens, we'll work with you to find a new date as quickly as possible.

No problem. Team members who miss the session or new hires can visit our studio for an individual headshot session—we'll match the style from your team session to maintain consistency and we can send you the invoice after their session. If you have several new hires later, we can schedule another team session. Many clients book us annually or semi-annually to keep everyone's headshots current.

A 10×10 ft area works well. We typically use conference rooms, lobbies, or empty offices. We'll work with whatever space you have available. All we need is access to power outlets.

Yes. Group portraits are available as an add-on. We can photograph department groups, leadership teams, or your entire company.

Proof galleries are delivered within 24 hours. Final retouched images are delivered within 3–5 business days after selections are made. Instant on-site gallery delivery and expedited retouching options are available for an additional fee.
