FAQs
General Headshot Sessions
-
Most people aren’t. Every session is guided from start to finish, with clear direction on posing, body position, and angles so you’re never left wondering what to do. You don’t need to know how to stand, what to do with your hands, or where your “good side” is. We’ll guide you through the process and keep things relaxed, efficient, and focused on getting strong, usable images.
-
Yes. We provide clear, simple direction throughout the session to refine posture, angles, and overall presence so the final images look confident, natural, and intentional rather than stiff or over-posed.
-
Yes. We’ll review images together during the session, typically between looks or at the end, to make sure everything is on track. This allows us to make small adjustments if needed and ensures you leave confident you have strong, usable options.
-
Session length depends on the type of session booked, with details listed on each package at booking. Some sessions are designed to be quick and focused, while others allow more time for multiple looks and guidance. The process is structured so you never feel rushed or unsure of what to do next.
-
The number of looks depends on the session type. Our headshot packages are designed to cover a range of needs, from quick, focused sessions to more in-depth sessions with multiple looks.
Additional looks can be added for an additional fee if time allows. We’ll help you decide what makes the most sense during your session so you leave with strong, usable images rather than too many half-baked options.
-
We provide a detailed Headshot Preparation and Styling Guide to help you arrive confident and ready. It covers wardrobe choices, grooming tips, and how to prepare without overthinking it.
Team & Corporate Headshots
-
Yes. Our team headshot sessions are designed for teams of any size and can be photographed in-studio or on location at your office, hotel, or event venue using our mobile studio setup. These sessions are structured to be efficient, consistent, and easy to coordinate from scheduling through final delivery.
-
Team sessions scale from small groups to large teams. Pacing and coverage are planned based on group size, desired consistency, and available time, and may include multi-day coverage when needed.
All capacity details are handled during the quoting process so expectations are clear upfront and quality remains consistent.
-
For team sessions, we can provide a dedicated scheduling link that allows individual team members to select their own time slots. This link is used to organize the shoot day and keep everything running smoothly.
We’ll recommend the best scheduling approach during planning based on team size and logistics.
-
We offer tiered volume pricing for groups of three or more, with per-person rates decreasing as volume increases. These sessions are designed to be efficient, consistent, and easy to manage for companies and organizations.
-
Yes. Each participant receives a private gallery to view, select, and download their images.
In addition, a centralized gallery is provided for managers or coordinators to review selections, track progress, and manage team headshots in one place. This keeps the process organized and avoids inbox overload for HR or marketing teams.
-
Many companies schedule follow-up sessions or ongoing headshot days to maintain visual consistency as teams grow.
New hires can also book individual studio sessions while maintaining the same lighting, background, and overall look as your existing headshots. Corporate billing can be arranged to keep everything streamlined.
Event Headshot Booths
-
An event headshot booth is a professional, on-site studio setup that allows attendees to receive polished headshots during an event, conference, or corporate gathering. It’s designed to be fast, organized, and high quality while maintaining a consistent, professional look.
-
This is not a novelty photo booth. Event headshot booths are designed for professional results, with guided posing, controlled lighting, and clean delivery suitable for LinkedIn profiles, company directories, and marketing or press use.
-
A dedicated photographer and assistant manage sign-up, pacing, and delivery so the booth runs smoothly without disrupting the event. Attendees are guided efficiently and know exactly what to expect.
-
Private proofing galleries are delivered instantly to participants, typically within minutes of being photographed, provided a reliable internet connection is available. Final delivery details are confirmed in advance during the planning process.

Most studio headshots are photographed on neutral gray or white backgrounds because they’re clean, modern, professional, and highly versatile. Lighting is adjusted for each subject to create the right tone and subtle gradient. We’ll use a lighter or darker background depending on the look you’re going for, your wardrobe, and any style or branding considerations.
Studio headshots can also be paired with background replacement using images from our background library, or a client-provided image if it’s suitable for professional use. Background replacements can reflect professional environments such as office interiors, corporate lobbies, outdoor settings, or urban backdrops, allowing the final image to align with your role, industry, or brand.
If your company already has an established headshot style, we can match existing backgrounds for consistency. Simply upload a reference image when booking your session.
For clients who prefer a more natural setting, we offer environmental headshot sessions photographed on-site in office, indoor, or outdoor environments.
-
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use their images for personal and business purposes, including websites, social media, internal materials, and marketing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the photographer may use select images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
