2. The Photoshoot
We'll guide you through wardrobe selection, posing, and expression so you look natural and confident. You'll review images with us throughout the session—no surprises, just real-time feedback and adjustments.
3. Review & Selection
Shortly after your session, you'll receive a link to your private online gallery to review and download all your images. Select your favorites and we'll begin the retouching process.
4. Final Delivery
Our skilled retouchers enhance your selected images—touching up skin, hair, and clothing for a clean, polished, and natural look. Your finished headshots are delivered to your online gallery within 3–5 days.

Most studio headshots are photographed on neutral gray or white backgrounds because they’re clean, modern, professional, and highly versatile. Lighting is adjusted for each subject to create the right tone and subtle gradient. We’ll use a lighter or darker background depending on the look you’re going for, your wardrobe, and any style or branding considerations.
Studio headshots can also be paired with background replacement using images from our background library, or a client-provided image if it’s suitable for professional use. Background replacements can reflect professional environments such as office interiors, corporate lobbies, outdoor settings, or urban backdrops, allowing the final image to align with your role, industry, or brand.
If your company already has an established headshot style, we can match existing backgrounds for consistency. Simply upload a reference image when booking your session.
For clients who prefer a more natural setting, we offer environmental headshot sessions photographed on-site in office, indoor, or outdoor environments.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use their images for personal and business purposes, including websites, social media, internal materials, and marketing.
The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images.
Images may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to third parties for independent use without prior written consent. Images may also not be used to train AI models, altered in a misleading way, or used in any defamatory or exploitative context.
The photographer reserves the right to revoke usage rights if images are misused.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the photographer may use select images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
